Plain Air

In November of 2015 Uma Kelkar, distinguished local artist, introduced me to the brush pen. It solved the problem that haunts cartoonists, the messy dip pen. I drew monthly cartoons for the Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society newsletter and website until 2022. I have published three books and over 100 cartoons in the "Plain Air" series. I ended the series in 2023 to expand into other venues.
